Equipotel 2025 projects 12% growth in business in the coming months

The event, which ended on Friday the 19th, attracted more than 22,000 professionals and executives from hotels, bars, restaurants and hospitality centers who are in a strategic period of preparation for the high season, which begins in October

The 2025 edition of Equipotel, a leading hospitality event, ended on Friday the 19th with positive results, from the public to exhibitor satisfaction, in addition to fulfilling its mission of updating companies and professionals on how to innovate and provide better customer experiences. More than this, the fair showcased where the greatest opportunities are, projecting a 12% growth in new business in the coming months, based on the BRL 180 million in revenues last year.

Infrastructure, content and attractions

This edition featured the largest number of experiences: 15 in total, ranging from technological trends in the "Room of the Future" to the power of drinks in "BCB Hospitality." The content schedule included over 200 hours of presentations and lectures, addressing topics such as artificial intelligence and the economic scenario, featuring important names like Amyr Klink, William Waack, Márcio Atalla and Daiane dos Santos. The opening ceremony was attended by authorities including the Minister of Tourism, Celso Sabino, and the Mayor of São Paulo, Ricardo Nunes.

Exhibitors and visitors

A total of 450 brands participated, compared to 380 in 2024, with 15,000 products. Of the 22,000 registered visitors, over 70% have decision-making power. With respect to geographic distribution, 60% are from the Southeast region of Brazil, 30% from other states, and 10% from other countries including Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Chile, the United States, Mexico, Canada, France, China, Italy and Portugal.

Satisfaction and business

An important barometer that transcends any talk is the data. In this edition, there was a 5-percentage point increase in the Net Promoter Score (NPS), which attained 72, and exhibitor satisfaction exceeded 80%. Over the four event days, more than 75,000 leads were generated, a 27% increase compared to the 2024 edition.
